Our Return Policy
Our policy lasts 10 days. You must contact us within 10 days of receiving your goods for an exchange. We do not do refunds for any of our products. Once confirmed, you have 7 days to ship the goods back. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition that you received it. This does not apply to wigs. Our wigs are FINAL SALE.
All items on sale are final sale and are not eligible for a return or exchange.

Depending on where you live, shipping time can vary. When shipping an item for a return, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and we are not responsible for lost merchandise.
Defective or Damaged Goods
